Bio

Matt Ross is an American actor best known for his role as Alby Grant on the television drama series Big Love, from 2006-2011.

Ross played Glen Odekirk in Martin Scorsese's The Aviator and Eddie Scott in George Clooney's Good Night, and Good Luck.

He also played Luis Curruthers in Mary Harron's American Psycho, Ron Hewitt in Mike Newell's Pushing Tin, Dan Powers in Whit Stillman's The Last Days of Disco, and he starred as Ed in the independent film Ed's Next Move, directed by John Walsh.

His other films include Last Holiday, Down with Love, Dust, Just Visiting, Company Man, Homegrown, Buffalo Soldiers, Face/Off, Twelve Monkeys and PCU.

Matt wrote and directed the award-winning short film, The Language of Love. He graduated from The Juilliard School.
