Bio
Lesedi Mogoatlhe is a South African actress and television presenter best known for her starring role as Pastor Tumelo Mofokeng, the pastor who offers the conmen temporary refuge, in the Mzansi Magic sitcom Chandies, in 2012.
She is also known for hosting the SABC2 documentary series What's Your Story, an informal knowledge building series that aims to promote an understanding and celebration of our shared South African history by making history fun and entertaining.
Lesedi has acted in numerous television series including Fela's TV, Interrogation Room, The London Guy, Madam & Eve, Going Up Again, Stokvel and Shooting Stars.
She has also appeared in such feature films as Heaven and King Solomon's Mines.
Originally from Johannesburg, she graduated from the National School of the Arts in 2000 and from City Varsity in 2005. She later attended the University of Sussex, graduating in 2010.
She currently resides in Cape Town and her birthday is 27 April.
