Elise Neal is an American actress best known for her role as Tia Jewel on the television sitcom All Of Us, appearing in 21 episodes from 2003-2005.

She also had regular roles on the daytime soap Loving (1994) and in the Steven Spielberg-produced series SeaQuest DSV, playing the role of Lt. J.J. Fredricks in nine episodes from 1995-1996.

A veteran of television, Neal has made numerous guest appearances on shows such as Law & Order; Family Matters; The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air; Chicago Hope; Hangin' with Mr. Cooper; Living Single; and CSI: Crime Scene Investigation.

Neal has also had a number of notable film roles, in feature films such as Malcolm X (1992); Let It Be Me (1995); Rosewood (1997); How to Be a Player (1997); Money Talks (1997); Scream 2 (1997); Mission to Mars (2000); Paid in Full (2002); and Hustle & Flow (2005).
