Kristin Davis is an American actress best known for the role as Charlotte York on the television comedy Sex and the City, appearing in 94 episodes from 1998-2004.She was also a series regular in the first season of Melrose Place, but was written out of the show after producers found out her bitchy character wasn't well-liked by fans of the show.From 2004-2006 she was the lead character in the animated children's series Miss Spider's Sunny Patch Friends. She was the only character to appear in all 24 episodes of the series.Davis has had guest starring roles on numerous television shows, including Dr. Quinn, Medicine Woman; ER; Seinfeld; Friends; and Will & Grace.
