Roselyn Sanchez is a Puerto Rican actress best known for her role as Elena Delgado in the television show Without A Trace, appearing in the role from midway through the third season in 2005 until the show's end, in 2009.
She also has a starring role as Carmen Luna, the most devious of the maids who is a fiery Puerto Rican diva and harbours not-so-secret dreams of becoming a world famous singer, in the comedy-drama television series Devious Maids.
Sanchez's breakout role was in the feature film Rush Hour 2 as undercover Secret Service Agent Isabella Molina, and the love interest of Jackie Chan.
She has also starred in the films Boat Trip, Underclassman, Basic, Chasing Papi, Held Up, the independent film Nightstalker, Edison and Venus & Vegas.
Her television credits include the series Kojak (as well as the made-for-TV movie of the same name), Ryan Caufield: Year One, and Fame L.A. She also starred in the soapie As the World Turns, from 1996-1997.
Sanchez was born in San Juan, Puerto Rico and currently lives in Los Angeles. In 1993, she won the Miss Puerto Rico Petite contest and in 1994 she won the international title of Miss America Petite.
In Puerto Rico, she gained public attention as a dancer and co-host of the island's #1 variety show at that time, Que Vacilon.
She has been named to numerous annual lists of beautiful women including Maxim Magazine Hot 100 in 2001, 2002 and 2006; AskMen.com's Top 99 Most Desirable Women in 2005 and 2006; and FHM Magazine 100 Sexiest Women in 2005 and 2006.
