T.J. Mokhuane is a South African actor, motivational speaker and radio presenter best known for his starring role as Thabang on the SABC2 telenovela Lithapo.
Born in the township of Itsoseng near Mafikeng, he dropped out of a BCom degree at North West University in Potchefstroom in 2017, to pursue a career in acting.
He first came to public attention in late 2018 when he began the recurring role of teenage father Tshepo in the 1Magic soapie The River, making his first appearance on 10 December, 2018 (Season 1, Episode 226).
He continued in the role in Season 2, in 2019.
T.J. was next cast in the Mzansi Magic soapie Isithembiso in the recurring role of Kagiso, making his first appearance on the show in Season 3, Episode 164 (which aired on 14 November, 2019).
In 2020 he landed his first starring role in television when he was cast as Thabang in the SABC2 telenovela Lithapo. The series premiered on 13 January, 2020.
