Bio

Thabiso Makhubela is a South African television and radio presenter best known as a host of the SABC3 breakfast show Expresso.

Originally from Hammanskraal, he first appeared on television in a cameo role on the second season of the SABC1 drama series Society, in 2009. He played a court clerk in Season 2, Episode 4 of the show.

He later completed a postgraduate degree in Business Project Management at the University of Cape Town and went on to start his own brand consultancy business.

In 2018 he resurfaced on television when he entered the second season of the Presenter Search on 3 reality competition show. He won the competition and was awarded a hosting gig on Expresso as his prize.

He subsequently co-hosted the fifth season of the SABC3 reality competition Win a Home, which aired in December 2018.
