Tembela Mgandela is a South African actress, dancer and singer best known for her starring role as Nomabhaca in the e.tv drama series The Kingdom - uKhakhayi. It was her first starring role in television. She was previously known for being one of the housemates on the fourth season of the Mzansi Magic reality competition series Big Brother Mzansi. Tembi also had a guest role in the third season of the Mzansi Magic soapie Zabalaza.
