Bruce Harwood is a Canadian actor best known for his role as John Fitzgerald Byers, one of the Lone Gunmen on the sci-fi television series The X-Files.

Harwood also trained for several years to be a professional figure skater, before he started his acting career. His ice skating skills are on display in a third season episode of The X-Files called Apocrypha.

In addition to The X-files, Harwood portrayed Byers in the spin-off series The Lone Gunmen, which aired 13 episodes in 2001.
