Neel gets a dress for Chahat on the occasion of Navratri, but it gets exchanged with Naveli's. Chahat is left stunned on seeing the dress. Chahat dresses up, but Neel gets upset with her.

Neel questions Naveli about her dress. Aalekh gives Neel his parcel and Godamvari chides Naveli. Posing as Sunita, Gazala gives Godamvari a call and learns something important.

Everyone falls unconscious on inhaling the poisonous gas. Ramavatar flees after placing Chahat's ID card in Vyasji's hand. Chahat saves everybody with Bhupender's help.

Chahat gains consciousness and Neel teases her with her real name. Vyasji asks Aalekh to look into the partially burnt ID card. Aalekh learns that Neel's girlfriend was called Meera.

Chahat observes the Karva Chauth fast. Gazala brings Dr Baig to an ashram where Neel is already present. Vyasji lashes out at Naveli and Godamvari. Aalekh plans to sell one of the gold idols from the temple.

Aalekh believes that Neel is an impostor. Vyasji shows Aalekh the proof of Neel being alive. Chahat believes that the person standing before her is Neel. To atone for his sins, Neel asks Chahat to leave him.

Vyasji begins with the charity ritual. Neel saves Chahat's life. A few women taunt Neel, but Chahat gives them a fitting reply. It's revealed that the gold coins Vyasji distributed are fake.

Chahat calms Neel down and they decide to find the culprit. Aalekh is exposed and Vyasji slaps him. Vaysji tells Chahat about the Prayag Pushp. Chahat manages to bring the Prayag Pushp to heal Neel's wounds.

The Prayag Pushp heals Neel's wounds. Gazala plots to kill Chahat. Gazala does not recognise Neel and offers him the job of killing Chahat. Neel doesn't reveal his identity to get to the truth.

Neel brings Dr Baig to Bhupender's bakery. Chahat learns that Aalekh lied about buying the old factory. Chahat finds an idol similar to the one in the factory's temple.

Vyasji and Aalekh arrive at the lodge. Pradeep reveals to Neel that it was Bhupender who asked him to make the fake statue. The police search Bhupender's bakery. Neel learns that Dr Baig saved his life.
