In other eyeroll news... Tigi by Sands and Lake by the Ocean by Mobi Dixon have been disqualified from the Record of the Year and Remix of the Year categories.
Tigi is a citizen of eSwatini (formerly Swaziland) so doesn't qualify and Mobi's remix is a remix of an international song which is against the SAMA rules. Clearly the SAMAs have been on Snooze when it comes to the rules!
Tigi has been replaced by Love Me In The Dark by Sketchy Bongo featuring Kaien Cruz and Lake by the Ocean has been replaced by Mwanagu by Jackie Queens and VeneiGrette, remixed by Enoo Napa.
