From Wedge to Bronze Beach to Ballito, these bustling, activity-filled beaches may be the perfect holiday paradise, but the unpredictable conditions mean that the lifeguards have to be in peak psychological and physical shape in order to keep three million holidaymakers safe.
In this second season, rookie lifeguards battle it out for a place on the team, while a fisherman is swept out to sea. Can the crew pull together to rescue him?
