Andrew Zimmern continues to munch his way around the USA, boldly taking it upon himself to sample the tastiest and strangest food the nation has to offer.
He starts by following in the footsteps of the great American explorers Lewis and Clark, enjoying the bountiful cuisine of the Pacific Northwest.
Then he dips his culinary toe into the Great Lakes, experiencing everything from pork shoulder to whitefish.
Next, Andrew hits the Southern BBQ Trail, sampling dry-aged brisket in Atlanta, liver nip dumplings in South Carolina and raccoon hash in Georgia.
