Tonight we re-visit the Ncele family from Bronkhorstspruit in Mpumalanga who claim that their right to fair and responsible marketing was violated by Jinteck Varsity College in 2015. They paid R16 000 through their Trust towards a course in Drama. Thabang later discovered that the course wasn’t registered with the relevant SITA. We visited the college earlier and they promised to refund them. Today we go back to see if he has been refunded.
