SABC1 has renewed the channel's reality show One Day Leader for Season 5 and the search for suitable contestants is
on.
The series will air in February 2017 and will follow the same format as previous seasons.
In case you aren't familiar with the concept or haven't watched the show before, the series is a search for potential leaders who have what it takes to be dynamic leaders of tomorrow. For all of the ins-and-outs of the show, including the format, please see:

If you have what it takes to lead and inspire change, here's everything you need to know to enter:
Who can enter?
- You must be between the ages 18 and 25,
- You must have a green South African ID book,
- You must have already matriculated,
- You must be involved in a Community Project of some kind and have a portfolio,
- You must be able to communicate well in English (studio debates are in English),
- You must be willing to live in Johannesburg for a period of three months, and
- You must not have family members working for the SABC.
