BET's first local production crowned it's winner on Thursday night.
24-year-old Wits graduate Altovise Lawrence took the title of Top Actor SA after a Top 3 showdown involving punches, guns and stunts.
Altovise went up against finalists Francois Jacobs and Nicholas Nkuna in the final acting task of the season - an action challenge. She proved she had more KAPOW! than them and won herself R100 000 and representation with acting agency Restless Talent Management who'll be representing her from now.
For once a show knows what we want
after the winner's announced because there's going to be a Reunion Show in two weeks time. South African reality shows never have them and they definitely should so it's impressive that the show's doing one.
Things start with a behind-the-scenes special next week (4 June at 19h20) focusing on the unseen-stuff from the season and the Reunion Show will be on the week after (11 June). All 12 contestants will be on it - talking about the behind-the-scenes drama and gossip, while side eye'ing Altovise.
