New Era at ONE Gospel.
ONE Gospel, Channel 331 on DStv is delighted to announce the arrival of five brand new prime time shows and new faces on the channel. As from 3 November the 19:00 prime spots will be filled with brand new shows ranging from lifestyle shows to live shows. Here is a breakdown of what to expect:


1 G Arise is your one-stop lifestyle magazine show that’s both informative and entertaining. Presented by two knowledgeable presenters who use their personality traits to deliver national and international news, the latest fashion threads and an update on what’s trending in the social spheres.
The primary focus is to inform (news), education (health) and entertain (music and fashion). These are ‘front pagers’ in newspapers, magazines and instrumental blogs. The secondary focus is all the latest news in gospel & spiritual music. Both factors freshly packed in Arise.

The show is hosted by Rorisang Thandekiso & Nathan Ro as well as Thabile Ngwato and Jacob Moshokoa who will all be rotating between two shows (Arize and 331 Avenue) Saturdays@ 10AM – 11AM

331 Avenue: 331 Avenue is a live interactive talk/magazine/music show hosted by 2 TV presenters. 331 Avenue gives artists the opportunity to perform their latest songs and promote their up-coming album releases and tours. Viewers are given the chance to ask the guest questions and send dedications via the telephone line, twitter and mobi sms. 331 Avenue debuts on 06 November at 19:00

The Gospel of: A show where celebrities can tell the world about their relationship with Jesus. The Gospel of … holds nothing back. Our presenter, Miranda Ntshangase (nee Mokhele), goes deep in conversation with our celebrity guests about the reality and rawness of being a normal individual outside the spotlight and the challenges they face on a daily. The Gospel Of… debuts Tuesday the 04 of November @ 19:00 pm

The Fresh Hour: A showcase of all the videos debuting for the first time on ONE Gospel. Ikiri also chats to guests about their latest offering. The show is hosted by Nigerian Musician Ikiri Lawrence. The Fresh Hour debuts on Monday the 3rd of November at 19:00.
Out & About: Out & About is a lifestyle magazine show that keeps you up to date with activities on the Christian calendar. Everything from CD launches to behind the scenes recordings of the latest music videos. We’ll go into studio with popular musicians and let you know when our local stars are doing their part to build the community. The show is hosted  by Pilani Bubu and seasoned presenter, Sebolelo Makoanyane. Out & About makes its debut on Wednesday 5th Of November @19:00.

Over and above that, ONE Gospel will also be introducing a new line up in morning TV (09:00- 10:00 AM) as they will be catering for viewers different taste in music. Mondays will be ushered in with a worship music hour called Worship Throne.

On Tuesdays we keep things hip with Kingdom Hip Hop and Wednesdays we take it all the way back to golden oldies with 1G Classics. Thursdays we still have 1G Special where we feature special guests and then we rock and roll on Fridays with 1G Rocks.
