The Donald Of New York

I recently caught a show called "It's Good To Be ..." on E! Entertainment featuring Donald Trump and it was sooo excellent because I now know what to call him on a more regular sort of basis. I've really struggled with that.

Sometimes Trumpy is perfect - but that's very specific - and nothing else seemed truly appropriate until The Donald, which is what they called him. This is extremely excellent for general all-round use.

The show gossed about how he learnt the business ropes from his father, how Trump Towers in Manhattan was the first biggest thing he set up to reflect how much moolah he had, and of course featured his eeeeeuw gold house which I think they cunningly referred to as "opulent".

Then they showed his other house which is an estate in Florida and an elite club Others can pay to belong to. Here they get to use the amenities such as the Olympic size pool (or a regular one), spa's, golf, gym, etc. Basically he owns gazillions of things and they showed how at one point it all came tumbling down for him with him being - get this - one billion dollars in debt. That's hectic. How did he possibly sleep?

Sleeping next to a Slovenian supermodel must help ease the stress during times like this. He organised being a billionaire again and they showed his supermodel fiancé Melania Knauss, who he gave a two-million dollar engagement ring to. They should be tying the knot soon because it's apparently happening after the filming of The Apprentice 2.

OMG! There was stuff about The Apprentice in the show and I totally freaked out. Thankfully they introduced it by saying something like "Then came The Apprentice ... " and I rattled myself into a frenzy of going blah blah loudly, muting, leaving the room and coming back later.

This sort of thing is gonna totally finish me up because it seems to have become my life's work avoiding spoilers! I really hate them, particularly because I love predicting what's gonna happen and there's no point predicting if you know stuff! If you're the same - beware!

So that happened and when I returned they were discussing The Donald's taking over of The Miss World Beauty Pageant and how there was renewed interest in it because he'd taken it over.

They also discussed his hair and experts said it was real. Oh! I also realised something. I've always assumed women like him only for his money because he's ridiculous to look at, but - there's something with his lips that I could definitely see as being regarded as sex appeal.

As I ogled everything he owns - the yachts, the buildings, the extravagance - I realised that without such people the world would be very boring.

I'm looking very forward to the next episode of The Apprentice. It's like it's gonna shift into another gear.

But! Ah - I almost forgot - before it all moves on there's gonna be an episode recapping bits and pieces from the past - it's this Wednesday night's episode and I'm hoping Oma's gonna do something jeeeuwsy!

What do you think of The Donald?
