YOU magazine has announced the nominees of the magazine's 2014 Spectacular awards. The ceremony takes place at Emporers Palace this year, on Saturday, 7 June.
Some of the nominees are long time regulars who've been nominated numerous times in the past but, as you'll see, there are various first timers too.
As is the custom annually, the final nominee list has been decided by reader feedback to the nominees when they've been featured in the magazine i.e. the celebrities and shows that have proven to be most popular with YOU readers in the past year.

To vote you can SMS SPEC followed by the nominee’s code plus your name, surname and town to 32113. You may vote only 20 times for the same person and you may vote for more than one person in the same category, but each vote must be sent in a separate SMS. Each SMS costs R1.
