Last night (Monday, 30 July) Binneland reached 1500 episodes and marked the occassion by reviving the series' original theme song by Jak de Priester.
As
previously spilt on TVSA, the song used to be featured in the opening sequence when the series first premiered as Binnelanders in 2005 and was replaced in 2010 when the show changed to Binneland Sub Judice.
It's return also marks Jak de Priester's tenth anniversary in the music industry. He launched his career in 2003 after he won the ATKV Crescendo Kompetisie and he's subsequently gone on to release five albums and an anthology of poetry.
The Binneland title sequence has been changed slightly in order to suit the new music. As you'll notice, various images have changed position and timing.
