The exotic Asha, flamboyant Aunt Rishna, dynamic Lilian, attractive Ockert, fitness-crazy Aunt Dolores and her long-lost son Morné definitely add extra colour and drama to life in the Laan. But there are more newcomers who will soon be making their mark in Hillside:
7de Laan Trishan
Trishan played by Jai’prakash Sewram.

Pulani 7de Laan
Pulani played by Masego Sehoole.

Suria 1
Suria Govender who plays Asha's mother.

  • On 11 May we’ll be meeting Jai’prakash Sewram in the role of Asha’s childhood friend, Trishan - the charming, up-and-coming young businessman her family consider to be the man she should marry. But what will Sanjay think about this? And more important: how will Asha feel about him? There’s trouble on the way.

  • Also on 11 May: a new waitress joins the staff at Oppiekoffie. Pulani (Masego Sehoole) is petite and too, too cute. But why is she such a nervous wreck who constantly gets her orders wrong? She harbours a dark secret that threatens to end her newfound career.

  • When Asha’s mother (Suria Govender) rocks up in Hillside on 28 May, Asha is in a state. How is she going to prevent Sanjay from telling her mother about their relationship? And how will she handle her mom and Aunt Rishna’s pressure to marry Trishan?
Obviously, there are interesting times ahead.

Yip, nice to Herman and Felicity sorted their issues out.  But as for the "newcomers", boring!  Lilian's the worst.  Hopefully she'll be written out soon!

I love 7laan is very interesting thy dont follow the trend of all soaps ( politics, ect) thy make there maak. Very interesting duys i love it
