SABC1's media savvy series The Media Career Guide Show is on a search for a new female presenter.

Word from the producers is that the series is looking to hire a new presenter who'll either co-present with current presenter Boity Thulo or fly solo should Boity no longer be on the show.

There's no plan for Boity to leave but word is she's in high demand and could decide to leave in the future - which happened with her former co-presenter Stevie French.

Auditions take place in Jozi this Friday (9 March), at Atlas Studios in Milpark. Registration takes place between 08h00 and 10h00 so be sure to get there between these times.

You'll be given a brief on what to do once you get there. Prepare something in advance so you have something up your sleeve in case you need it e.g. prepare a monologue as if you were presenting on the show.

Casting requirements:

To audition you need to be female, aged between 18 to 26.

Qualification: Minimum matric certificate.
Language: Fluent in English and an indigenous language.
Documents you need to take with you: A certified copy of your ID or passport, and a copy of your CV.

For directions to the studios, see: Atlas Studios.

For more about the Gauteng Film Commission, who make the show, see: Gauteng Film Commission.

@Desiree ... In the future, don't put your number, nor your age in any public posting. You never know who is going to call you.
