This Monday (18 July) Motswako pays special tribute to Nelson Mandela to mark Madiba's 93rd birthday.

The show follows his private moments through more than 15 years of the long walk towards our new democracy.

Through the lenses of Madiba’s two personal cameramen who witnessed memorable speeches, celebrations, dinners and even kisses, the show includes never-before-seen footage.


Motswako is on SABC2 on Mondays at 21h30.

We saw how his first Christmas and New Year as a free man with his family was like. It was a well put together Doccie that was shot by his personal cameraman ( who followed him around in those years ). It's a pity Motswako is only 30 mins long.

It was definately something we ( my family ) had never seen. It gets kind of stale and boring when we see the same footage of Madiba. 

i msd the show, dnt hv a tv -  What happened to yours. How are you gonna cope without Television, I would die. LOL
