- Joaquin Phoenix is tonight’s headline guest - making his much publicised "apology" for his slapworthy behaviour. Turns out the so-called notorious interview he did on Letterman - which has been re-broadcast a million times - was part of a mockumentary called I’m Still Here. Bah!
This is what he's going say to Letterman: “You've interviewed many, many people and I assumed that you would know the difference between a character and a real person, so - but I apologize… I hope I didn't offend you in any way.”
Puhlease, he should be apologising to us.
