On Motswako this Monday (29 March 2010):

Growing up a celebrity can either prepare you for greatness or lead to a life viewed through rose tinted glasses with no real grasp of what life is truly all about.

We often hear of child stars turned monsters or experiencing a traumatic adult life once they're all grown up.

Loved by everyone and revered by media moguls - these were youngsters whose smiles turned everything they touched into gold. Tonight Penny gets the opinions of celebrities Bouga Luv, Doc Shebeleza and the one that got away Salamina Mosese (who started her career at 15), as she looks at some of these fallen stars to ask the question: could they have been spared the misery they now live through?

Salamina, with hubby Tshepo "Howza" Mosese, spotted by TVSA blogger TDC at the 2010 SAFTA Awards.

Motswako is on SABC2 on Mondays at 21h30.

lolest @ Felfel i don't know hey..shame Ricardo didn't look so good on BaKae i wonder what he is doing now, Salamina is a true role model for the kids i love her haven't heard bad stuff about her at all..
where is Nelly from Generations forgot her real name...

@ Vania and fruity....Ricardo already had a comeback album..one of my favorate CDs in my collection..its called Jesus I love you...tooo beautifull ek se...

Watching Motswako now and i must say:
1. Ke a thaba ge ke e kwa baswa ba bolela sepedi gabotse..Salamina sesi wa nkgahla man!....xoxo

2. Penny is doing a great job...except she tries toooo hard to be fluent ka sepedi it looks a little shaky and distracting...Infact *aha! moment*.....i think Salamina would be good for the Job...*sorry Penny*...

3. I love Kabelo Mabalane

4. I dont undertsand what the show had to do with Jub Jub?...so i dont understand what Bra Doc Shebelza was doing on the show..

The show was so poorly structured. It was all over the place. And I agree Salamina is soooo adorable.

Off topic: They referred to Salamina as ex Top Billing presenter. What happened?

Green Arrow you are so right about Penny, Ha ke mopedi but I have pedi speaking friends and they dont talk like her, it looks/sounds so unnatural like she is reading it but still love her though.... and yes Salamina would make a perfect presenter for Motswako

I didnt watch it, i forgot it. As i said i luv Salamina's style. I wouldnt mind if she can b a Motswako presenter.......sorry wethu ausi Penny.
