Paloma tells the media about her mother’s mental illness. Against all expectations, Leonardo unconditionally supports his wife. Angel is furious and goes to the presidential mansion to confront his father and Amauri.

Mariano tells Diego that his relationship with Cristina is now serious. Diego finds out that Daniela was adopted. Leonardo offers Mariano money to end his relationship with his daughter. Paloma says she will do what she can to end their engagement.

Cristina holds her father and Paloma responsible for what happened to her fiancé. For the first time, Paloma’s grandmother tells her she must leave the family alone and stop all her deception. Marcos is arrested and imprisoned.

Mariano and Cristina discuss how Leonardo has become the laughing stock of the entire country. Leonardo asks his daughter if he can walk her down the aisle when she gets married. Ana Milena has suicidal thoughts. Renata is released and goes to see Estrella.

Ana Milena is very worried about what Paloma might do to Cristina. Estrella and Renata tell Juanita how Paloma blackmailed Marcos and his family. Paloma tells Daniela that she was adopted.

Leonardo tells Paloma’s grandmother and father that they can no longer live in the presidential mansion. Ana Milena tells Paloma that someone called her to say that there was going to be an assassination attempt on Leonardo Santander.

Episode 75
Paloma decides to get Leonardo out of the clinic without permission. She kidnaps him and takes him to a remote place. Marcos tells Estrella about the mess Paloma is in because she kidnapped the president.

Episode 76
Marcos tells Estrella what could happen to Paloma because she had her husband, the president, kidnapped. Daniela is depressed about the news that she is an adopted child. Paula finds out that it is her husband who is infertile, not her.

Cristina is devastated because Mariano has cheated on her once again with Paloma. Paloma believes that Sandra is dead and that she has finally got her out of the way, but this is not the case. Leonardo’s health is deteriorating by the day.

Anibal tells Ana Milena and Juan Pablo that he knows where Leonardo is. Daniela kicks Paloma out of the restaurant and out of the house. When Paloma attends Sandra’s funeral, she sees her in the cemetery and almost faints.

Mariano warns Paloma that if she doesn’t tell the Santanders where Leonardo is, he will do so. Madrid arrives at Estrella’s restaurant and tells her she must leave the country or he will kill her granddaughter.

Episode 80
Cristina agrees to Estrella’s family staying there to avoid Madrid’s threats. Diego cries inconsolably about everything that has happened to his father, Leonardo. Paloma blames Ana Milena for attacking her ex-husband.

Estrella’s family is arrested when police find a stash of drugs in her home. Marcos starts looking for evidence that they are innocent. Facundo Madrid warns Anibal that if he doesn’t put Estrella in jail, he will die.

Ana Milena arrives at the place where Paloma is keeping Leonardo and sees how bad conditions are there. Nancy is worried that Angel will be in jail for too long. Ana Milena begins therapy to stop drinking once and for all.

Anibal asks Paloma to tell him where her mother is or he will be a dead man. Marcos tells the media about the conspiracy against Estrella. Sandra leaves the clinic and only Juan Pablo and the Santanders know she is alive.

Rafaela is disappointed with Anibal. Leonardo wakes up and doesn’t understand why he finds himself in such a bad situation. Estrella also doesn’t understand why she is in jail. Leonardo tells Paloma that their dream of being the President and First Lady is over.

Facundo Madrid want to silence Tomas before the case against him begins. Paloma is losing her mind more and more. After he awakens from his coma, Leonardo Santander discovers what a monster Paloma really is.

Paula says she’s going to sell her house. Paloma completely loses her mind and demands that Leonardo give her all presidential power. Anibal is arrested and taken to the same prison where Federico and Estrella’s family are.

Daniela decides to tell her brother that he is not Palomita’s father. Facundo Madrid sends one of his men to get rid of Tomas. Nancy goes online and tells the real father of her child that she will go with him to Italy.

There is confusion in court because all of Estrella’s family are released. Leonardo and Mariano devise plans to let people know where they are so that they can be rescued. Paloma wants to get rid of everyone who opposes her.
