Vote of no Confidence goes to the SABC

What is currently happening at the SABC is just pure circus. It has been announced that Dali Mpofu, whom i can call the former Chief Executive Executive of the SABC has been suspended for the second time. I strongly feel that we are not being treated with respect as South Africans and that personal differences are just overruling over there. What's next to happen now? People, i'm sure you agree with me when i say they should just dismiss the current board and restructure the SABC totally. We are tired of this nonsense. What has Dali done after all? Below is the recent article on Dali’s dismissal from The Times: SABC chief executive officer Dali Mpofu is considering another round of legal action after the board suspended him again, he said today. SABC statement ‘misleading’: Mpofu SABC to appeal Mpofu court ruling SABC in Crisis Special Report "Yes I can confirm that," he said referring to a Talk Radio 702 report that he was suspended last night. "I am on my way to my lawyers now. They are putting some disciplinary charges. They are making the same mistakes as last time. The reason was a whole host of spurious things," he told Sapa. These included making statements to the media. He would release a statement after consulting with his lawyers today, he said. SABC spokesman Kaizer Kganyago said he was not mandated to talk on behalf of the SABC board and comment from a board spokesman was not immediately available. Mpofu was first suspended on May 7, a day after he suspended his news chief Snuki Zikalala, who was accused of leaking a memorandum on Mpofu’s alleged bad management of the SABC. Mpofu challenged his suspension and the Johannesburg High Court ruled in his favour. The SABC was on June 2 denied leave to appeal this judgment.

YOu know that whole SABC board & Dali need to be replaced. They're also treating the public like stupid people - clearly there's a huge problem there. What is it that Dali's done to get suspended twice - clearly theres something more than they're letting us know. UDali naye is too much of a politician than a watchdog.
