Repeats: Wednesdays: 11h30, Thursdays: 17h30 and Fridays: 03h30, 09h30

There's a growing realisation around that world that academic education is not always the most definitive option. In order for an economy to thrive, it needs skilled workers – electricians, plumbers, beauticians, chefs – as well as graduates.

These skilled jobs dont require a university education, but do call for high quality vocational training that ultimately can lead to well paid rewarding careers. School's Out travels to India, Japan, China, the US, the UK and Germany to look at the level of professional training available in each country.
