Guys, have you ever been to a job interview, having read all the rules in the book of  DOs and DONTS and still F'd-up?? Share some experience of a good interview u blew up.

1-Knees going jelly

2-Feeling like you need to pee

3-Sweaty hands

4-English disappearing
(Especially when the panel is all balungu)

5-Shaky hands and voice (as if you 're about to be slaughtered lol!)

6-Stupid answears and unnecessary info.

I'll take you through one i blew 3 years ago. I never forgave myself. It was  a panel of six in the biggest boardroom i had ever seen.
Position at stake, Communications Manager.
The company was one of these big international organisations that fund NGOs, and it had a christian bakround to it. I took that in and thought i was gonna work with it. First question came, second, third,  (I am shaking all the way as i'm answearing and my voice wants to disppear and has become squeaky all of a sudden. Fourth question, so, How would  you deal with and handle conflict with clients? Me: "Well, according to the book of Malachi 4; 3, the Bible says "And ye shall tread on the wicked  ; for they shall be ashes under the soles of your feet in the day that i shall do this, saith the Lord of hosts." I said it straight like that. Confidence and all. They looked at each other and wrestled with the overpowering urge  to burst out laughing. I was finished. I knew i had blown it. Yoo hoooo! When i look back now, i cant imagine not laughing out loud ihad i been a panelist in that interview.

hi hi hi chitty say it aint so! hehehe

i neva prepare for interviews. no matter how many times u sit in front of the miiror and practice ur answers as soon as u go into that room everything goes out the window so what's the point? the only thing i do is to gather as much info about the company and the position itself (if it's something i haven't done) and take it from there.

i once went on this interview...one of my first interviews ever! i had been out of school with no work for almost awhole year and u can imagine how desperate i had become! my desperation flew right out the window when the interviewer (one of the partners in that law firm) was directing his questions to his pa (who was also in the room) instead of at me! i was shocked! he kept asking the questions but neva once looked directly at me! u can imagine the kinda crappy answers that came out of my mouth then! but afterwards i thot i shouldve just got my bag and walked out! nx! some people yazi...
