Regarded as one of the best comedy series ever produced, Fawlty Towers depicts a hotel where things don't always run as smoothly as they should.
Fawlty Towers is owned by Basil Fawlty, who is of the opinion that his hotel would be the perfect place if it didn't have to have guests. He is assisted by his wife Sybil who is a more effective manager, waitress Polly who acts as the voice of sanity, and Spanish waiter Manuel whose grasp of English is not so much a grasp, but more like a vain attempt at grabbing hold of something.
