Season 12
LNN is back to take the mickey out of South African and global news with its biting brand of social commentary and satire.
The show features much-loved characters including the political analyst Chester Missing, the news crooner Deep Fried Man and the foreign correspondent David Kibuuka.
With the new season comes the inclusion of more from the country's growing crop of talented comedians, performers, writers and musicians as LNN continues in its satirical quest to speak truth to power and put a whole lot of laughter to the news.
Chester Missing continues on his quest to grill our leaders and report on seminal political events in our country, with hilarious results. Deep Fried Man has exciting musical collaborations in store for this season.
Broadcast Notes
Season 12 premiered on e.tv on Thursday 15 January 2015, at 20h00. After Episode 7 it changed timeslot to Wednesdays at 22h00, beginning with Episode 8 on 4 March, 2015. This was to accommodate the telenovela Ashes to Ashes, which started broadcasting on Mondays to Thursdays at 20h00 from 2 March.
