Season 4 was the first season to be an hour in length - the previous three seasons were half-hour.

The cast includes a return from Connie Masilo as Dr Lerato Molefe, and old favourites Lillian Dube as Sister Bettina, Ramolao Makhene as Vusi and Aubrey Moalusi as Ali.

New faces include Grethe Fox, Patrick Shai and Fats Bookholane (star of the M-Net film Chikin' Biznis').

The fourth season concentrated on the themes of violence against women, savings, high blood pressure as well as Aids and youth sexuality.
