Season 2

Season 2 of Smallville begins with tornadoes battering the little town of Smallville. After rescuing Lana, Clark confides in his friend Pete about his superpowers.

Clark also discovers mysterious caves that could hold the answers to his identity. He finally speaks to his biological father (Jor-El) who helps Clark make some terrible decisions.

Attempting to defy Jor-El causes more problems than before and Clark runs away from Smallville and exiles himself from everyone he loves.

Smallville was developed for television by Alfred Gough and Miles Millar, based on the DC Comics characters. Kelly Souders and Brian Peterson, Todd Slavkin and Darren Swimmer serve as executive producers, along with James Marshall, Mike Tollin, Brian Robbins and Joe Davola.

The series is produced by Tollin/Robbins Productions and Warner Bros. Television. Superman was created by Jerry Siegel and Joe Schuster.
