Age: 24 Lungile is from Durban and he has a five year old son called Sbonelo. She lives with her parents and works as a call centre agent. Lungile says she’s addicted to shoe shopping, chocolates and magazines.
She loves the WWE wrestlers, hip hop artist Kanye West and her favourite food is steamed bread and lamb curry. Her motto is: live life to the fullest. She describes herself as short-tempered, open-minded, a good listener, loving and susceptible to mood swings.
Lungile entered Fear Factor to have fun and to overcome her fears of heights, deep water and dark spaces. “I believe I have an edge over the other contestants because I am a good thinker, strategic and quick witted. Also,I am a gifted at sports,I am capable of playing any sport. I prepared for Fear Factor by jogging a lot. I am sure doing the series will be challenging and fun and I will handle my nervousness by praying.
“If I could take any one thing with me for the shooting of the series – it would have to be my shades! But I am taking my lucky charm necklace – it’s a sterling silver cross. The bravest and most physical thing I’ve ever done was to give birth to my 5kg son, naturally.” Lungile hopes to buy a car, fund her studies and invest in her son’s education if she wins the competition.
