Bio
Anja van Zyl is a South African model best known as the first princess in the 2008 Miss South Africa pageant and as one of the Top 12 finalists in the 2010 pageant.

Anja grew up in Pretoria and moved to Cape Town in 2007. She loves to read and write and enjoys listening to music. Anja also loves adventures in a natural environment.
Something people may not know about her is that she has an appreciation for antiques and is besotted with the Full Moon.
Anja is a full time model but also ensures she has dedicated time to study. She is currently a part time student at the University of South Africa. She is studying B-Com in Human Resource Management and her future ambition is to obtain a PhD in Psychology before she is 30 years old.
She believes that Miss South Africa should be charismatic, dignified and have an inner beauty. Anja admires former Miss South Africa Jo-Ann Strauss for her fine qualities and inimitable style.
In five years time, she would like to work closely with the Pidwa Nature Reserve Organisation and create awareness for their plight.
Anja loves anything creative and enjoys being a part-time model with Ice Model Management.
