Tyrees Allen is an American actor best known for his role as Warren Jacobi in the television drama series Women's Murder Club, from 2007-2008.

Allen, a veteran stage actor, began his professional career in Dallas performing the role of Carlisle in Streamers. He has gone on to appear in more than 75 roles in theatres across the county.

He originated the role of Amanasaro in AIDA, opposite Heather Headley on Broadway. A more recent Broadway role was that of Westmoreland in the Tony Award winning production of Henry IV, starring Kevin Kline.

After Broadway, Tyrees headed west to L.A., where he made numerous guest starring appearances and recurred on The Practice for David E. Kelley.

It was his portrayal of Colin Powell in Stuff Happens during the summer of 2005 that brought him to the attention of producer Ken Olin, who cast him as bad guy Gordon Dean in the last season of Alias.
