Bio

Esther Nasser is a South African dance administrator who is the former Artistic Director of the State Theatre Dance Company.

She was actively involved in the transformation process in South African Dance and Theatre.

Her speciality is helping dancers to reach their full potential and it has always been her passion to help dance academies build a professional profile and to establish them as a major dance force, both nationally and internationally.

Esther is the mentor of various choreographers and award-winning South African dancers who've made names for themselves both nationally and internationally.

She is the Artistic Director of the Jozi Dance Co. and has been producer, choreographer and director of many dance productions.

As of January 2008 she is a judge on kykNET's reality dance competition Dans! Dans! Dans!.
