Richard Beymer is an American actor best known for his role as Tony in the 1961 movie West Side Story. He is also known for his role as Benjamin Horne in 30 episodes of the David Lynch TV series Twin Peaks, from 1990-1991.
Along with Kyle MacLachlan, Michael Ontkean and Lara Flynn Boyle, Beymer was the only actor to appear in all 30 episodes of Twin Peaks.
He also had a recurring role for three episodes of Star Trek: Deep Space Nine, and for six episodes of Murder, She Wrote.
Other television shows he has appeared in include The Man from U.N.C.L.E., Moonlighting, Dallas, The X Files, Profiler and Family Law.
He last appeared on screen in 2001.
