Bio

Anelisa Phewa is a South African actor, singer, dancer and musician, best known for his role as Thabang in the television drama series Divers Down.

Phewa matriculated from St. Dominic's Academy in Newcastle, Kwa-Zulu Natal, in 2001 and graduated with a BA Theatre and Performance from the University of Cape Town in 2005.

In 2006/7 he voiced the lead role of Pax Africa in the children's animated series URBO: The Adventures of Pax Africa, which aired on Saturday mornings on SABC3.

In 2012 he joined the SABC2 soapie 7de Laan in the role of Sifiso.
