Rachel Boston is an American actress best known for her role as Beth Mason in the television drama series American Dreams, appearing in 50 episodes from 2002-2005.

She has made guest appearances on The Andy Dick Show (her screen debut in 2001), The Closer, Love, Inc., Crumbs, Happy Hour, NCIS, 7th Heaven, The Loop, Grey's Anatomy and Crossing Jordan.

She has appeared in the made-for-TV movies Peep Show (2005), Inseparable (2006) and The News (2007); and in the feature films Smoking Herb (2002), Crazy (2006) and Fifty Pills (2006).

Boston was Miss Tennessee Teen USA in 1999, placing in the Top 10 at the national pageant.
