Philip Sterling (9 October, 1922 - 30 November, 1998) was an American actor best known for his role as Judge Truman Ventnor in the television drama series Sisters, from 1991-1995.

He served as the first president of the Screen Actors Guild Foundation.

Sterling died on 30 November, 1998 in Woodland Hills, Los Angeles, California, from complications of bone disease.
