Chelcie Ross is an American actor who has appeared in feature films such as Basic Instinct (1992), Chain Reaction (1996), Primary Colors (1998), A Simple Plan (1998), The Gift (2000) and The Majestic (2001).
He has made guest appearances in numerous television shows including Dallas, Chicago Hope, Early Edition, Judging Amy, Once and Again, King of the Hill, The Sopranos, Everybody Loves Raymond, Cold Case, JAG, Prison Break and My Name is Earl.
