Tim Russ is an American actor best known for his role as Lieutenant Commander Tuvok on the sci-fi television series Star Trek: Voyager, credited in 172 episodes from 1995-2001.

Russ also made an appearance in the Star Trek: The Next Generation episode "Starship Mine" (Season 6, Episode 18) and in the Star Trek: Deep Space Nine episode "Through the Looking Glass" (Season 3, Episode 19), in which he played the mirror universe version of Tuvok; and a Klingon called T'Kar in "Invasive Procedures" (Season 2, Episode 4).

He also plays the role of an unnamed human tactical Lieutenant on the bridge of the Enterprise-B in Star Trek: Generations.
