Tracey Needham is an American actress best known for her starring television roles as Paige Thatcher in Life Goes On (1990-1993) and as Lt. Meg Austin on the first season of JAG, from 1995-1996.

She also had a leading role in the short-lived series Total Security in 1997. She played the role of Ellie Jones in all 13 episodes of the series, although the show was cancelled in the US after only six episodes had aired.

Needham has had recurring roles in Coach (2 episodes, 1989-1990); VR.5 (4 episodes, 1995); The Division, playing Inspector Candace "CD" DeLorenzo in 9 episodes, from 2001-2003; and on two episodes of the third season of Veronica Mars in 2007.

She made her screen debut in Jake And The Fatman in the 1988 episode entitled "Rhapsody In Blue" (Season 1, Episode 23).

Since then she has made guest appearances on Shannon's Deal, CSI: Crime Scene Investigation, CSI: Miami, Criminal Minds and Without A Trace.

Needham has been married to actor Tommy Hinkley since 1 January, 1995. The couple have a daughter Katie, born in 1999.

Needham was discovered by a talent agent at a gas station.
