Jeri Ryan is an American actress best known for playing the Ex-Borg, Seven of Nine, on the science fiction television series Star Trek: Voyager, from 1997-2001.

Her additional television credits include lead roles in the series Boston Public and Dark Skies and recurring roles in Two And A Half Men, The O.C. and Melrose Place.

She also starred as Kate Murphy in the medical drama television series Body of Proof, from 2011-2013.

Among Ryan's feature film credits are Down with Love, The Kid, Dracula 2000 and the independent films Men Cry Bullets and The Last Man.

She earned a bachelor of arts degree in theatre from Northwestern University.

Ryan was born in Munich, Germany and grew up as an Army brat, ultimately living in seven different states. She currently lives in Los Angeles where she is a principal in Ortolan, a chic new French restaurant.
