Anton David Jeftha is a South African actor and model best known for his starring role as SJ Price in the M-Net telenovela Legacy.
He made his television acting debut in 2012, playing the role of kidnapper Zubair in the series premiere of the M-Net true crime series Crimes Uncovered, which covered the murders of actor Brett Goldin and his friend Richard Bloom.
In the same year he made a cameo appearance as a Mossad agent in the action series Strike Back, in an episode entitled "Vengeance: Part 5" (Season 3, Episode 5); and also guest starred un the miniseries Mankind: The Story of All of Us.
The following year, Anton guest starred in an episode of the action series SAF3 entitled "Texas in a Bottle" (Season 1, Episode 3).
In 2014, he appeared in two episodes of the American drama series Homeland as Marine Sergeant Mullen, guest starred in the Dutch series Bagels & Bubbels and played the recurring role of Furiad in the fantasy series Dominion.
In 2015 he returned for the Season 2 premiere of Dominion before bowing out of the series. He also guested starred in the historical miniseries Saints & Strangers and appeared in the Brit series Jamillah and Aladdin.
In 2017 he played the recurring role of Rhiyaaz Samsodien in the third season of the kykNET soapie Suidooster, first appearing in Season 3, Episode 13 (which aired on 24 April that year). He returned to the role in Season 6, in 2020.
Anton landed his first starring role in television in 2020 when he was cast as SJ Price, the charming prodigal son of Dineo and Sebastian who returns home to celebrate his father's retirement only to be faced with a legacy battle and an unexpected romance, in the M-Net telenovela Legacy.
The series premiered on 21 September, 2020.
