Bio
Hloni Padi is a South African actress, dancer, radio presenter and singer best known for her recurring role as Palesa on the e.tv soapie Rhythm City.
Having attended the National School of the Arts, she furthered her education with Media Studies at Boston House from 2012-2013. She then joined AFDA and graduated in 2017 with Live Performance (Screen Acting & Musical Performance) Directing, Writing, CMS and Production Design.
Hloni has appeared in a number of television series in guest roles including Samsokolo, Abo Mzala, Isibaya, Ses'Top La and The Imposter. In 2016 she joined the cast of Rhythm City as Palesa, a flirty young musician trying to make it in the industry. Her first appearance was on 4 November, 2016.
In 2018 she landed her first starring role in television when she was cast in Season 2 of the SABC1 sitcom Single Galz as Mimi, one of the three main characters.
