Nunu Khumalo is a Swazi-born South African actress and model best known for her starring role as Relebogile "Riri" Diholo, a community health worker, in the 12th season of the SABC1 youth drama series Soul City, in 2014.

She was previously known for her recurring role as Nhlanhla, who is in a tempestuous relationship with Stapura, in the SABC1 youth drama series Loxion Lyric, also in 2014.

Her performance on Loxion Lyric brought her to the attention of the producers of Soul City, who cast her in the lead role for the historic show's twelfth season.

Nunu made her television debut in the guest starring role of Cindy on the first season of the Mzansi Magic soap opera isiBaya, in 2013.

Guest starring roles on the SABC1 drama series Task Force and Mfolozi Street followed in early 2014, making the step up to a recurring role on Loxion Lyric.

In early 2015 she guest starred on the third season of the Mzansi Magic drama series Rockville. Produced by Connie and Shona Ferguson, Rockville was the number one-rated show on the channel during its run.

From March to June 2015 she was one of the 12 finalists on the first season of the reality competition series She's the One, which aired on SABC3. She was also a guest on an episode of the SABC2 sitcom Gauteng Maboneng.

On 9 September, 2015 it was announced that she had taken over from Thishiwe Ziqubu in the starring role of Thandi on the second season of the SABC3 telenovela High Rollers, after Ziqubu departed the show for "personal reasons".

Nunu joined the cast of the e.tv soapie Scandal! in the recurring role of Hlengiwe, making her first appearance on Friday 26 May, 2017.

She also had a guest starring role as Zandile in the e.tv telenovela Broken Vows, making her first appearance in Season 1, Episode 77 (25 July, 2017).

In 2019 she joined the cast of the Mzansi Magic supernatural drama series The Herd for the show's second season in the role of Dudu.
