James MacEwan is a South African actor best known for his starring role as Sean, a record store manager who steals Angel's heart, in the GO/M-Net drama series Angel's Song, from 2006-2007.
Other television series he has acted in include Feast of the Uninvited, isiDingo, The Res, Wild at Heart, Binneland and the HBO miniseries Generation Kill.
James has also acted in several television movies including Krakatoa: Volcano of Destruction and Diamonds.
Especially active in theatre, MacEwan has appeared in numerous stage productions including Chicago, Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat, Alice in Wonderland, Noddy, the Barnyard Theatre's version of The Rocky Horror Picture show in 2005 and its version of Grease the following year, and Aladdin at Emporer's Palace in 2009.
He currently resides in the United States.
