Jake Cannavale is an American actor best known for his recurring role as Charlie Cruz, a fellow drug addict who initially confronts then befriends Jackie after meeting her in rehab, in the fourth season of the television drama series Nurse Jackie, in 2012.

In the show he plays the son of his real-life father, Bobby Cannavale.
